The Commons

In response to an evolving commercial office market, the property manager of 1900-1902 Campus Commons Drive sought to create a building amenity to be shared by all tenants. Architecture, Inc. converted an underutilized office suite on the second floor into a 1,595 sf conference center and lounge. Aesthetically, the center maximizes access to natural light by enclosing conference rooms with floor-to ceiling glass. Polished concrete floors offset soft seating configured to accommodate a variety of uses.
