Inova Fair Oaks Hospital MOB IV

This four-story, 115,000 sf Class A medical office building was designed as an integral part of the Inova Fair Oaks Hospital campus. The LEED Silver certified project incorporates brick, insulated aluminum panels, and a glass curtainwall system. These exterior materials and the addition of aluminum sunshades complement the design of adjacent buildings on the hospital campus. The cellar level of the building includes a radiation oncology suite and an executive conference center used by the hospital. A unique light well provides daylight to cellar-level occupants.
