Architecture, Inc. designed the renovation of the existing administration area of the fourth floor of Cleveland Clinic Florida, a medical center representing 40 specialties. The 20,600-sf space includes new waiting areas, exam rooms and procedure rooms, as well as new physician offices. As part of their commitment to creating an office for a healthy environment, Cleveland Clinic Florida decided early in the design process to make the renovation of its 4th-floor space a LEED Certified project. The project uses dual flush toilets, low-flow fixtures, and waterless urinals to save the hospitals almost 250,000 gallons of potable water use each year.
