Centrally located within the Inova Center for Personalized Health (ICPH) campus, 'Tower Eight' seamlessly links the nine-story administrative towers to the east and the 50,000 sq ft conference center and cafeteria to the west. This three-story 16,000 sf 'services' building located on the 117-acre ICPH campus underwent significant enhancements, including replacing its opaque glass facade with transparent glazing, upgrading mechanical systems for energy efficiency, redesigning the entry lobby for improved energy efficiency, and adding extended canopies to the front entrances. The transformation aimed to reflect a more community-focused and forward-facing corporate culture. The recent reconstruction of the three-story 16,000 sf building also serves as a beacon of transparency, rejoining adjacent towers and illuminating the way for campus occupants to access various areas. The building's newfound transparency also connects it with the existing structures surrounding it, creating an inviting atmosphere. Up and down lighting enhances the building's facade during the evening and early morning hours.
