As part of an effort to rebrand the building and attract new tenants, the LANN Companies updated the exterior façade and renovated the interior offices. Restoration, waterproofing, and increased building efficiency were key challenges to bringing the building up to current standards. The facade was replaced and larger windows were added, allowing for better views of the golf course and more natural light - creating a brighter, more employee-friendly interior. The brick exterior was enhanced with a more dramatic entryway. Interior improvements include newly built-out tenant spaces, replacement of mechanical systems, upgraded common areas, a renovated lobby, and a new rooftop terrace.
