A new era for Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) has begun, with a reimagined 115,000 sf three-floor office space uniting the organization under the same roof for the first time. As part of the Capital One Arena transformation, the vision for the new headquarters fosters enhanced collaboration and a stronger workplace culture. The consolidated space drives efficiency with numerous conference rooms designed for real-time collaboration, enabling faster decision-making. Over 450 open office spaces and workstations are complemented by a variety of amenities, including bubble hockey, a basketball arcade, and a golf simulator. Additional features include a gallery, amphitheater, bar, lounge area, walking track, and a sky suite with a rooftop viewing deck and garden retreat—all designed to strengthen the MSE community.
