Artis Senior Living

Architecture, Inc. is providing design services for more than 25 assisted living facilities across the United States for Artis Senior Living. Architectural services have ranged from schematic design through construction administration as well as construction administration for prototype site adaptations. The new assisted living facilties range from two-story to six stories, and span approximately 100,000 sf to 200,000 sf. The high-end assisted living centers feature amenities such as landscaped pedestrian plaza on the ground floor, outdoor dining, fitness centers, beauty salons, craft studios, a TV room, library, lounges, and rooftop terraces. The facilities feature typical accommodations from studios to two bedrooms.
