Our team was very proud to attend the Coolidge Senior High School ribbon cutting this weekend. For the last two years, our team in association with Fanning Howey and Turner Construction Mid-Atlantic has been working diligently to renovate the historic 1930s school into a modernized facility for District of Columbia Public Schools.
The project involved 44,200 sf of additions and 350,000 sf of interior renovations, creating shared program space with the new Ida B. Wells Middle School. The project is designed for LEED Gold and features two new atrium common areas covered with a glazed roof, modernized classrooms, and restored auditorium.
Our team is proud to have played a part in the renovation and modernization of this school. Congratulations to all involved!
