Arlington County's Department of Human Services (DHS) celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting for the South Irving Street Group Home, a new home for people with developmental disabilities designed by Architecture, Incorporated. Congratulations to Project Manager Katie Ray and Interior Design Manager Haley Zimmerman on being recognized and praised for their contributions in support of the first Net Zero Ready group home in the state of Virginia.

Those present at the ribbon cutting include members of Arlington County Government Leadership, Arlington County DHS/FMB/DES staff, developmental disability community advocates, Non-profit provider/operator EnCircle, Commissioner of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Development Services, Nelson Smith, as well as Virginia State Senator, Barbara Favola.
