Building Design + Construction recognized the adaptive reuse of 700 Constitution in Washington, DC with a Bronze award in its annual awards program. 700 Constitution comprised 140,000 sf of renovations to a 1920's era hospital conversion to a luxury apartment building comprising 143 units, rooftop terrace, courtyard, and fitness center.
